Instructions
Get on your knees and sit on your heels with a foam roller in front of you.
Put your arms out in front of you with your thumbs up, palms facing each other.
Place your hands on the foam roller, and bring your upper body towards the ground.
The foam roller will roll up your arm as you lower your upper body.
Roll out as far as you can, then reverse the motion and come back to the starting position.
