(Foam Roll)

Muscles Involved: Muscles of the shoulders and lats

Instructions

  • Get on your knees and sit on your heels with a foam roller in front of you.
  • Put your arms out in front of you with your thumbs up, palms facing each other.
  • Place your hands on the foam roller, and bring your upper body towards the ground.
  • The foam roller will roll up your arm as you lower your upper body.
  • Roll out as far as you can, then reverse the motion and come back to the starting position.
