One-Arm Doorway Pec Stretch

Muscles Involved: Chest and anterior deltoids

Instructions

  • Make a 90-degree angle with your upper and lower arm.
  • Raise that arm and place it on the side of a doorway.
  • Take a staggered stance and slowly shift your weight forward to feel the stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulders.
  • Hold for 30 seconds before switching arms.
