Single-Leg Lying Prone Quad Stretch

Instructions

  • Lie on the floor face down (prone).
  • Bend your left leg, bringing your foot towards you.
  • Using your left hand, grab your left foot and pull it towards you.
  • You should feel a stretch in your quadriceps
  • Hold for 30 seconds.
  • Switch to the right leg.
