Lying Adductor Stretch with Band
Muscles Involved: Adductor muscles (inner thigh)
Instructions
Lie flat on the floor.
Grab a band and loop it around your left foot.
Pull the band to pull your left leg back towards you.
Try to keep your leg as straight as you can.
Once you’ve pulled your leg back towards you, use the band to now pull your leg out to the side.
You should begin to feel a stretch in your groin and inner thigh.
Lower your leg out to the side using the band.
Try to touch the ground with the side of your leg.
Hold your leg out to the side for 30 seconds before switching to the other leg.
