Instructions

  • Take a seat on the floor and stick your legs out in front of you. Have your legs together.
  • Keep your legs completely straight and reach for your toes.
  • Do not bend your knees. That will make it easier and if your bend your knees, it’s difficult to get a consistent measurement of your flexibility and progress. When you keep your legs completely locked out straight each time, you have the same starting point.
