Underhand Single-Arm Lat Pulldown

Exercise Instructions

  • Use a single handle attachment for this exercise.
  • Grab the handle (underhand grip, palms facing you) and take a seat with your thighs under the pads to hold you down.
  • Pull the handle down so it ends up in front of your shoulder.
  • Imagine pulling with your elbow and using your back to pull.
  • Slowly extend your arm to control the handle back up.
