Standing Cable Overhead Extension

Exercise Instructions

  • Attach a bar (straight or EZ bar) to the cable pulley and set it to the lowest setting.
  • Grab the bar and bring it straight overhead as your turn to face away from the cable.
  • Lower the bar behind your head. Keep your upper arm and elbow still as you do this.
  • Once you have lowered the bar behind your head, use your triceps to push the bar over your head.
