Elevated Standing Adductor Stretch
Muscles Involved: Adductor muscles (inner thighs)
Instructions
Stand with a bench, step, or box off to your left. The height can vary, but the higher the surface, the more of a stretch you can get.
Place your left foot on the elevated surface so the inside portion of your foot is touching the surface.
Keep your leg that is on the elevated surface straight.
Lean your upper body to the left, reaching for your left foot.
You should feel a stretch in your groin and inner thigh.
Hold this stretch for 30 seconds before switching to the right leg and repeating the above steps for the right side.
