- Attached a rope to a cable pulley and place it on the lowest or 2nd from the lowest setting.
- Place an incline bench in front of the cable. The incline bench should be at about a 45-degree angle.
- Grab the rope as shown in the video and step back behind the incline bench and place your upper arm on top of the back support of the incline bench.
- With your arm extended away from you, use your bicep to curl the weight up.
- Once you’ve curled the weight and felt a good squeeze in your bicep, slowly lower the weight back down.
- You can use your free hand to hold onto the top of the bench to help stabilize yourself while performing the exercise.
