*You can add weight to this exercise by holding a medicine ball or dumbbell between your feet.
- Lie flat on the floor.
- Place your hands under the upper portion of your butt, near your lower back.
- Lift your legs off the ground about 6 inches. Keep your legs straight and keep your abs tight.
- Hold this position for as long as you can, or go for time.
- Once you can easily do this with good form for a minute, add weight by holding a medicine ball or dumbbell between your feet.
