- Set an incline bench to a 30 to 45-degree angle and place it so the seat of the bench is right in front of the cable pulley.
- Cable pulley is set to the lowest setting or 2nd from the lowest setting with a rope attached.
- Pick the rope up and lie back on the incline bench.
- With your arms extended downward to start, begin by bending your elbows and using your biceps to curl the weight up.
- Back remains flat on the bench throughout the exercise.
- Once you get to the top of the curl, slowly lower the weight back down to the starting position.
